1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk0k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers for an account, accesses the website at tk0k.net, or uses any product or service offered through the tk0k platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and promotional offers.

tk0k is operated by an internationally licensed entity. The Platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above. Access to tk0k services is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the user's jurisdiction. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is legal in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bets.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with registration, making a first deposit, or placing any bet on tk0k, the user expressly agrees to these Terms in full, including all supplementary policies published on tk0k.net, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform at the relevant time.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Headings used in this document are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

tk0k reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on tk0k.net. It is the user's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before each session. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, tk0k will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered users.

1.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of tk0k's operating entity. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the operating entity's registered jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to such jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of tk0k services, users must register a personal account. The registration process requires the submission of accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. tk0k reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration or subsequently updated on the account.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a tk0k account, a user must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• Not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tk0k or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by tk0k or any third-party responsible gambling programme;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on tk0k at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balances or bonus winnings forfeited. tk0k uses automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple account usage.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept current at all times. Users must promptly update their account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including misrepresenting age, identity, or jurisdiction — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. tk0k strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk0k will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact tk0k support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk0k is required to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any point where the Platform deems verification necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate;
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 3 months showing your registered name and address;
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to fund the tk0k account, showing the account holder's name matching the registered account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed. tk0k reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk0k supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk0k does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk0k currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. tk0k reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. Users are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for the current list of available payment options.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tk0k, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to the player's tk0k account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider — standard processing time for bKash and Nagad deposits is under 60 seconds. Users must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name; depositing from accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the tk0k payments team, typically within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the account, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the tk0k account. tk0k reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or circumstances.

3.4 Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal

Any bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Deposited funds that have not been used to claim a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, tk0k reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal of remaining deposited funds.

3.5 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and game stakes on tk0k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). tk0k does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from Bangladeshi payment accounts will not encounter currency conversion fees within the Platform.

4 Bonus Terms

tk0k offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only;
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• tk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional mechanics will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended;
• tk0k's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place total bets of ৳30,000 using the bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and some game types may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or fully wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. tk0k is not obligated to provide notification before a bonus expires.

4.4 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

tk0k runs seasonal promotions tied to events of significance in Bangladesh, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and Durga Puja, as well as cricket events including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are available for a limited period only.

5 Game Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on tk0k operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers and, where applicable, the specific market rules published within the tk0k sportsbook. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game.

5.1 Casino Games

Casino games available on tk0k — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by tk0k. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the relevant provider's server logs shall constitute the definitive record.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on tk0k are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the sportsbook. In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's ability to verify the current state of the event in real time. tk0k reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined, where there is evidence of a technical error in odds publication, or where a bet has been placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake. Settlement of winning bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport.

5.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

tk0k reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform, a network interruption, a server error, or any other circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control. In the event of a void, the stake will be returned to the player's account. tk0k does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits apply per single game round, bet, or event, as specified in the applicable game or market rules. tk0k reserves the right to limit winnings to the published maximum regardless of the theoretical outcome indicated by the game mechanics. Maximum win limits are designed to protect the Platform's integrity and are applied consistently and without discrimination.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk0k platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, tk0k reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any account balance pending investigation.

6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or in any communication with tk0k;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account;
• Impersonating another person, whether real or fictitious, in connection with an account or any communication with tk0k;
• Submitting forged or doctored identity or payment verification documents.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, including through matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gambling activity;
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with bonus offers or games;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or unintended features in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any form of collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to manipulate markets, or sharing of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited. tk0k takes a zero-tolerance approach to sports betting market manipulation and match fixing. Where tk0k has reasonable grounds to suspect involvement in match fixing, the matter will be reported to the relevant sporting authority and, where required, to law enforcement agencies.

6.4 Money Laundering

The tk0k platform must not be used for the purpose of laundering money or financing any illegal activity. Deposits that appear to be made without genuine gambling intent — where funds are deposited and immediately withdrawn with minimal or no gambling activity — will be treated as suspicious and subject to AML review. tk0k reserves the right to freeze account funds pending AML investigation and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their tk0k account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, tk0k will process any pending withdrawal of available balance (subject to standard verification and wagering requirement conditions) and disable the account. Players who close their account voluntarily are not entitled to a refund of any deposited funds that have already been wagered.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the tk0k platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of confirmation. 7.3 Closure by tk0k

tk0k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating account closure.

Where an account is closed by tk0k due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at tk0k's discretion, subject to the specific circumstances of the breach. Where closure is for any other reason, available balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

7.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant where there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tk0k will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, as specified in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

tk0k does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service provider outages, and circumstances beyond tk0k's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. tk0k will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses resulting from any period of unavailability.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk0k excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether tk0k had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8.3 Player Responsibility

Players use the tk0k platform at their own risk. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction, that they are of legal age, and that they gamble responsibly within their personal financial means. tk0k shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by a player through gambling activity on the Platform, whether resulting from poor strategic decisions, misunderstanding of game rules, or any other cause within the player's control.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The tk0k Platform relies on third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and technology infrastructure providers. tk0k does not accept liability for failures, errors, or omissions caused by these third-party services where such failures are beyond tk0k's reasonable control. In the event of a third-party payment provider failure resulting in a delayed or failed deposit or withdrawal, tk0k will cooperate in good faith to investigate and resolve the issue but is not liable for losses directly caused by the third party's failure.
